WEST COAST WARRANTY

Aotearoa can be brutal on camping gear with our tropical seasons. We design and select our products with that in mind, and we stand behind them.

For 12 months from the purchase date, we at West Coast Canvas warrant our products to the original owner, against defects in materials or workmanship. If a manufacturing defect shows up, we’ll replace the item or refund you — simple as that.

WHAT'S COVERED?
  • Faults in materials (e.g. fabric, hardware, stitching)
  • Faults in workmanship that affect normal use

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
  • Wear and tear from normal use (scratches, scuffs, faded logos, etc.)
  • Improper use or installation, overloading, or not following warranty requirements below.
  • Accidental damage (canvas damage from branches, transport damage, impact, etc.)
  • Improper storage (e.g., stored wet, mold/mildew, UV neglect)
  • Loss and / or theft

This warranty is strictly replacement or refund at our discretion.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
  • Keep your invoice or order confirmation — it’s required.
  • Any claims regarding canvas defects, require proof of mild soap wash and the re-application of a quality waterproofing every six months.
  • Warranty only applies 12 months from the original purchase date.
  • This policy applies to the original owner only.
